Operation Principle:

120 VAC power converts to HF current through the circuit. The HF current generates an alternating magnetic field through an induction coil. Then the magnetic field penetrates the face plate to make force on the bottom of the pan to generate a magnetic field vortex that overcomes the internal resistance flow of the pat bottom to generate joule, converting power energy to heat energy.
